Title: Knowledge Management Program Specialist
Location: Lakewood, CO
Summary:
Wyandotte Technologies is seeking a skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to support a variety of knowledge management projects for their customer, the Department of Energy (DOE) at the Lakewood, CO office. This individual will interview, write, record, and produce a variety of knowledge management documents and videos for the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA).
Responsibilities:
· Analyze areas of organizational knowledge loss, flow, retention, and to workflow.
· Record and produce of videos in agreed upon format.
· Develop, document, and maintain Knowledge Management SharePoint website resources using SharePoint-related skills.
· Develop, document, and maintain the Knowledge Management production process.
· Make editorial improvements to knowledge management videos and material directly related to the knowledge management videos.
· Facilitate knowledge management projects including program awareness, project initiation, and post-production activities.
· Effectively work with other organizational departments and personnel to deliver quality knowledge management videos and maintain process efficiency.
· Plan, communicate, and construct essential organizational tools for organizational knowledge management.
· Ensure material produced for knowledge management meet required government standards (e.g. Section 508 compliance).
· Develop metrics for the knowledge management program and on those metrics to the VP Reliability Compliance.
· Produce and maintain training videos for NERC Reliability Compliance.
· Organize and manage the data related to the knowledge management program.
· status of knowledge management projects to the VP Reliability Compliance.
· Organize and facilitate meetings (face-to-face or remote) to collect needed data for knowledge management projects.
· Identify and effectively work with Knowledge Management stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Must have a working familiarity with Knowledge Management and its processes and procedures.
· Must possess technical skills in media and training development, SharePoint, curriculum design, publication, and learning and knowledge management.
· Must have experience in a relevant risk management and/or compliance related field. i.e., risk management, internal controls, compliance assurance, audit processes, data request processes, etc.
· Must possess technical expertise in creating and maintaining a knowledge base.
· Must have a high level working knowledge and expertise in the use in electronic tools such as MS Excel, MS Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $109,000.00 – $114,000.00 per year
