MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Reach for Speech is hiring a full or part time Medical Front Office Executive to support our three offices in the Pittsburgh Airport Area. The executive creates the initial impression of Reach for Speech’s mission to serve children and their families. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent Customer Service for Patient Satisfaction.
• Strong Verbal, Telephone and Written Communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 and One Drive.
• Completes Patient Preregistration and Scheduling.
• Conduct Insurance Verifications.
• Obtain Prior Authorizations.
• Social media/Marketing support (complexity of tasks depends on employee ability).
• Assist in Therapist Credentialing.
• Manage Patient Billing Accounts.
• Coordinate the Exchange of Information/Documentation for insurance plans.
• Proactively Manages Wait List.
• Inventory Assessment and Management.
• Performs Other Office Duties as Assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree. Experience preferred within a medical setting, financial services, and/or a demanding customer service environment.
• High School diploma plus 4 years of related experience will be considered.
• Has a clear understanding of front office operations and performs these operations as presented in the office manual, Scheduling/Billing/EMR manual, or any other manuals developed or deployed by the management team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $28.00 per hour
