Job description
This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to take on a management accountant role and join the fight for nature. Right now, our world is under threat like never before. As Finance Analyst you will support the analysis of trends, identification of new opportunities or risks and assist with decision making, by liaising with cost centre managers to provide monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. You will process financial transactions, journals and accruals, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting information in our finance system. You will prepare balance sheet reconciliations and provide technical support, guidance and training for colleagues too. You will also take responsibility for the processing of payroll journals and co-ordination of FTE files for the wider Financial Planning & Performance team.


Ideally, you will have experience in a management accountant role and been involved in budgeting and forecasting. Familiar with staff costs and or payroll, you will currently be studying towards an accountancy qualification or intending to start one. Calm under pressure you will possess good interpersonal and communication skills too. PC literate, you will also be a team player with a strong eye for detail.
