Role Summary:

The Payments and Customer Success Specialist at Wurthy is at the heart of our mission, ensuring our clients and their customers experience seamless transactions and top-notch support. This role involves operating Wurthy’s systems and tools to collect payments, as well as collaborating with engineering teams to enhance these processes. Your contributions will directly impact our tooling’s efficiency and user experience, making every transaction smoother and more intuitive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate Wurthy’s payment systems and internal tools to ensure efficient payment collections.
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop, test, and improve internal tools and processes.
• Provide exceptional support to Wurthy’s business accounts, assisting with payment inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze payment data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for system enhancements.
• Educate and onboard business clients on utilizing Wurthy’s payment solutions effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payment systems management, customer support, or a similar role in the fintech industry.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with “Buy Now, Pay Later” payment models is a plus.
