Wurth Australia has been supplying assembly products within the automotive, construction and engineering industries for over 39 years. We have approximately 640 employees servicing over 54,000 customers and selling our wide range of uniquely branded workshop supplies.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our busy, fast-paced Wurth Australia Academy team. This internal role will service all business units but will have a strong focus on recruiting for our on road sales force.
Reporting to the Head of Wurth Australia Academy, this role will be responsible for end to end recruiting and duties will include but not be limited to:

• Liaising with managers to gather all job requirements for vacant positions
• Collating and screening all resumes and providing shortlisted candidates to line managers
• Conducting phone based and face to face interviews as required
• Provide recruitment advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong interviewing skills and experience
• A successful track record in end to end recruiting
• Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail
• An ability to prioritize your work in a busy recruitment and training environment
• Strong administration and reporting skills
• A willingness to work as part of part of a team
