Wunderkind’s People department is growing and we’re looking for a Generalist Recruiter (UK based) to join us. As a member of the Talent team, you are responsible for WKND’s most important asset – our people. We are smart, fun, and a little weird. We have a passion for connecting people and WKND opportunities.

This talent partner will own and drive the full lifecycle recruiting process for non-technical roles on our growing European commercial teams. You will partner with hiring managers to develop strategies to source and attract top talent, and use a data driven approach to provide market trends and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting for our high-volume commercial office in Europe (specific focus on London area and moving to France and greater Europe soon).
• Creatively source qualified candidates for a diverse range of levels and experiences; build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, utilize multiple recruiting and sourcing techniques
• High touch philosophy with applicants, candidates, referrals and employees to ensure everyone involved with the hiring process has an incredible experience
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably at an agency or recruiting in-house in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to influence and inspire people to join WKND
• Strong negotiation, closing and follow-through skills
• Scrappiness and ability to flex and change with hiring responsibilities
• Superior organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience balancing multiple competing priorities
• Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or any other ATS
