Curriculum Development Teacher-English Writing

Essential Job Functions

• Develop year-long course plans and lesson plans for online institutions that meet elementary-level students’ writing learning needs.
• Use assessment results to modify short and long-term plans in order to promote all students’ academic performance.
• Embrace and incorporate feedback in the spirit of constant improvement.
• Create an environment with a high level of mutual respect and manage online classroom operations utilizing effective practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and endorsement in the grade/subject taught with a valid local certificate.
• Knowledge of curriculum design, implementation, evaluation, and refinement.
• A minimum of three years of elementary school writing teaching experience at a minimum of two different grade levels
• Teaching experience with low-performing or non-native English speakers prefered
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication and teamwork skills

Working Type: Contract, Part-time, Remote

Working Hours: Teaching (3-5h/week)+Curriculum Development(10-30h/week)

Payment: 30-40 USD/per hour
