WSS Partners Hiring for Property Client Accountant at Manchester Full Time

A privately owned UK property investment and management company are seeking a Property Client Accountant to join their team based in Manchester on a 15 month fixed term contract.

This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient accounts on a designated portfolio consisting of commercial assets. You will be responsible for producing client statements, financial s (for both internal and external purposes,) support with the annual budget on your portfolio and support the overall accounts team.

Property Client Accountant responsibilities:

• Undertake all core estate accounting tasks.
• Assist the Senior Property Accountants with all aspects of estates’ accounting and services.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with client, legal and RICS standards and obligations.
• Participate actively in relevant company and finance team matters.
• This also includes client account management, debt collection, financial analysis client communication and process improvement.

Property Client Accountant requirements:

• A-level educated with relevant professional qualifications and certifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) would be advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Property Client Accountant or working in a similar role within the commercial property management/real estate industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to maintain and build strong business relationships.
• Ability to problem solve and strong attention to detail.
• Strong IT and organisational skills.

The role will be based in their central Manchester office on a full time basis.

Salary is £45,000 – £47,000 per annum plus bonus.
