WSS Partners Hiring for Credit Controller at London Full Time

A leading international commercial real estate company is seeking a Credit Controller to join their Property Management Accounts team based in Central London with remote working on offer.

This role will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of rent, service charge and other income from tenants.

Credit Controller responsibilities include:

• Timely collection of rent, service charge and other debts, in accordance with the terms of their lease.
• Regular contact with tenants, via phone and email, and chasing payment of outstanding debts.
• Liaise with surveying and client accounting colleagues to ensure queries and disputes are resolved.
• Updating tenant information on the property system.
• Producing and distributing accurate and timely arrears s.

Key Credit Controller requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Previous experience using property management systems (e.g. Qube or TRAMPS).
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and professional approach to tasks and projects.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and keep to deadlines.
• Previous experience in Property Management Credit Control
