Job Title: HR Data Analyst.
Salary: £30,095 to £32,798 per annum.
Contract type: Permanent.
Working hours: 37 hours per week. Flexible working available.
Location: Chichester.

West Sussex County Council are currently looking for a HR Analyst. It is an interesting time to join us and you will help support us to deliver an excellent service whilst improving efficiency and effectiveness.
You will report into the HR Information Manager and this is very much a technical role and experience in using Excel is essential with knowledge of PowerBI desirable. You will be required to collect, collate and analyse information and data to produce information reports. This will then provide the team with valid information for HR to use and inform the delivery of the service. You will be required to analyse a significant amount of data and do so using your information management expertise and research capabilities. This in turn will allow you to produce reports analysing and reporting HR data and trends to support the delivery of core HR services. You will have responsibility for providing substantial subject matter expertise in the consultation, design, creation and management of reports.
About The Job
You will have the ability to work with significant amounts of data and information in conjunction with good interpersonal and communication skills. This will ensure that you keep the HR Teams and managers informed on the status of queries, issues, data and trends etc. You will also be able to continually look for ways to improve HR services, policies and standards based on data evidence.
You will also need the ability to conduct studies and research, internally and externally, in order to establish robust data and information for HR Teams.
You will ideally have experience of working with a corporate information system such as a centralised Enterprise Resource Planning system (WSCC currently use SAP)
