As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help recruit candidates and match their strengths with our customers’ job openings. Successful candidates are organized, communicate clearly, and like to talk to a variety of people.
Job duties will include:
· Partner with customers to get a clear view on strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
· Research into client’s company, competitors and marketplace and know the talent needs and skills gaps in the relative industry.
· Map role criteria, offer guidance and define position description and document specifications.
· Onboarding successful candidates, ensuring paperwork and requirements are met.
· Conducting quality checks with both customers and new employees.
· Handling employee issues involving payroll questions, performance concerns, and ending assignments.
Requirements include:
· 2 years professional recruiting/sourcing experience required, preferably in manufacturing.
· Understanding of how to construct complex Boolean queries to drive search results preferred.
· Strong interpersonal, motivational, communications and presentation skills.
· Proven success developing direct source channels and creative sourcing strategies.
· Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (preferably Avionte), on-line recruiting sources and candidate data bases.
· Proven success partnering with Hiring Managers to implement long term staffing and hiring strategies.
· High school diploma and/or its equivalent.
· Experience with various office equipment, computers, and office procedures.
This position requires in-office work at your choice of one of our offices located in Fort Atkinson (HQ), Watertown, Janesville, or Oconomowoc, WI.
