Please note that this will be a hybrid work role; seeking candidates that will primarily work remotely, but should live within a commutable distance to Palm Beach Gardens,FL for occasional meetings, trainings, and team work projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support team members with quarterly campaign activation, building media landing pages, assist with digital campaign structure, planning and build out
• Support local and global teams with platform maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintain and optimize company owned websites, including e-commerce pages and content to increase conversion rates, daily tasks, & the creating and maintenance of pages.
• Support the expansion of new centers; campaign management tools via Smartsheet, coordination with agency and team members for digital campaign execution and launch.
• Manage website and optimization tools to provide insights for the Marketing team.
• Support project management efforts, utilizing tools such as Smartsheet and other relevant software.
• Create regular GA4-based ing for Management review.
• Work with Operations & CRM teams to maintain and optimize chatbots.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 3 years Experience
• Experience in supporting paid media campaigns (Social, Display, Search)
• Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web principles.
• Experience in supporting an e-commerce platform such as Shopify or WooCommerce
• Ability to create multi-dimensional s and visual dashboards to interpret marketing-specific data.
• Basic SEO experience and proven proficiency with SEO tools, such as SEM Rush and Ahrefs.
• Proficient in using Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Sitecore, or similar.
• Experience with website and optimization tools such as Birdeye, MouseFlow, and Unbounce.
• Proficient with GA4 analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, statistical modeling, etc.) and other MS Office tools. Experience with Smartsheets a plus
