Wrought Washer Mfg, Inc Hiring for Set-up Operator st, nd, and rd Shift at Milwaukee, WI Full Time

1st Shift – Monday through Thursday 5:00 am to 3:00 pm

2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm to 1:00 am

3rd Shift – Monday through Thursday 7:00 pm to 5:00 am

$1500 Sign-on Bonus

This position is responsible for set-up and operation of all Press Department equipment. The Press Set-up Operator must use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers and indicators to properly measure part size.

Essential Functions

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and lubrication of equipment
• Maintain quality levels set forth by the Quality Assurance Department to meet customer expectations
• Proactively protect presses, support equipment and dies from damage
• Interpret and communicate all daily manufacturing paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of safe operating practices for stamping dies, presses and other support equipment per OSHA standards.
• Certification for fork truck operation
• Ability to work 10-hour days (3:00 pm to 1:00 am) Monday through Thursday with additional hours occasionally on Friday
