We work as part of inter-disciplinary teams and provide community-based support to the client with such things as activities of daily living, life skills, functional and cognitive activities, community re-integration, and physio programmed activities to successfully integrate into their home and community environments as safely and independently as possible. Programs are implemented in the client’s home, hospital, or community.

We support you to build your practice to align within your intrapreneurship and passion.

Working with the Ontario Brain Injury Association’s Rehabilitation Company of the Year, 2021, affords you the opportunity to have monthly clinical supervision, easy to use client and billing software, coordination of files, as well as an opportunity for regular recognition, participation in our professional empowerment program and access to our scholarship program.

This position includes other exciting opportunities such as networking, mentorship, and attendance at community events.

The ideal candidate holds a degree/diploma in the social services field and a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in the neurological trauma field, as well as industry training.
