WPP AUNZ are looking for Talent Coordinator (Recruitment Coordinator) based in Sydney.

The role of the Talent Coordinator is a diverse and exciting position playing a key role in the shared success of the Talent Acquisition team. Providing day to day administrative support to the Talent team, the role will ensure operational processes and procedures are developed, implemented, and carried out in accordance with the WPP AUNZ people strategy, relevant policies, and current legislation.

This means that to thrive in the role you’ve got to be able to run lots of things at once, be able to proactively manage your time and other people’s, not be afraid to crack the whip and be flawless in attention to detail – so nothing (and nobody) falls through the cracks!

REPORTING OF THE ROLE

This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

WHAT YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME DOING

• Assist and support the Head of Talent Acquisition and the TA team on a day-to-day basis
• Assist in the maintenance of the candidate database / ATS used by the TA team, including applicant management, job advertisement posting and management, and candidate file management
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties (scheduling meetings, reporting and team expenses)
• Support the TA team with the candidate vetting process including reference checks, employment verification and background checks
• Assist in the organisation of interviews, and communicating with applicants during the hiring process (when required)
• Maintenance of job ads for visa applications
• Build strong and enduring client relationships; be a trusted partner of the agencies across all things People and TA
• Managing any recruitment projects, updating processes, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Preparing, editing, and finalising PowerPoint presentations for the Head of TA
• Assist with the management of invoicing for the TA team, including raising PO’s
• Ad hoc talent acquisition tasks as directed by the Head of Talent Acquisition across all operating areas of WPP AUNZ including special project work as the business requires.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You will have excellent organisation and administrative skills, as well as an interest in Talent Acquisition/recruitment. • Proactive with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach able to work with a broad range of people from varying backgrounds.
• Excellent time management skills; can juggle multiple projects while navigating shifting priorities
• Independently motivated, while working within a team
• Some experience in any Recruitment/Talent, HR or Culture setting
• Knowledge and understanding of employment regulations.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• ATS management experience is highly desirable
