We are currently looking for a newly created role of Finance Administrator to work remotely and in our Millers Point office. As a key member of the Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality financial support to our Corporate team.

Reporting of the role

The role reports to Financial Controller.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Set up suppliers and employees; complete the checks and balances required in accordance with the WPP AUNZ Purchasing Policy
• Manual payment requests
• Full function of AP/AR for R U OK charity
• Finance user reviews
• Responding to queries with vendors and employees.
• Management of 18 Bank Account Reconciliations
• Managing insurance day to day queries
• Reconciliation of FCM, Uber account, P-card and Corporate Credit card
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Zero Balancing Arrangement Reconciliation (Cash Sweep accounts)
• Fixed asset roll forward preparation
• Intercompany billings & corporate cost allocation journal
• Assisting in month end file preparation

What you will need:

• Hold a relevant degree in Finance and Accounting – this opportunity may suit a recent Graduate
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage with business stakeholders and senior management.
• Strong attention to detail and follows tasks through to completion
• Ability to work independently as a committed member of the finance team.
• Approachable and confident approaching others.
• Proactive, ability to work to deadlines and attention to detail.
• Practice professionalism always.
• BCC Enterprise experience (preferred but not essential).
