The Role:

Our Talent Acquisition Team in Australia is growing and we are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to provide strategic support across a range of projects and business areas. You will work closely with our existing TA team in Australia and will focus on delivering tailored solutions to ensure that Worley can continue to attract and retain amazing people. With a passion for problem solving and innovative thinking, you will enjoy working in a team based environment while being familiar and comfortable attracting talent within industries including engineering, energy and resources.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Deliver strong Talent Acquisition support (end to end recruitment) for project based assignments.
• Proactively build talent pools and talent networks with a diverse range of people within the engineering, chemicals and resources sectors.
• Deliver tailored Talent Acquisition strategies for senior and or niche roles and or projects as and when required.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and department managers.

About You:

• Significant work experience in an external or internal recruitment or talent acquisition function in a hands on delivery focused role
• An enthusiasm for problem solving and partnering with department and business heads
• A willingness to work as part of a close knit team
