Your day will focus on:

• You will independently manage the full cycle recruitment processes for a portfolio of roles within both technical and business verticals across multiple entities.
• Shepherding the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basis.
• Qualify candidates to accurately assess candidates and cultural complement to the team and wider Worley business and core values.
• Responsible for building innovative sourcing strategies and identifying top talent within our industry qualified experienced professionals from the local, Inter-State and International market.
• Maximising strategic sourcing methodologies, internal and external networks, social media, talent pipelines and our extensive database to deliver high quality candidates.
• Collect and evaluate recruiting data and feedback from candidates, stakeholders and hiring managers to continuously evolve and improve our hiring practices.
