The Role
Reporting to the Group Director, People Digital & Shared Services who is based in Australia, you will lead the People Digital team which is made up of Digital Strategic Delivery, Digital Operations and Analytics, Reporting & Governance teams with multi-skilled team members across APAC, Americas and EMEA locations. You will drive the People Digital vision and strategy to support our ambitious Company and People Strategy and meet our People Digital Roadmap and our business needs with a focus on exceptional employee experience.
Partnering effectively with our Shared Services internally and our external partner you will oversee the selection, design and implementation of multiple new or replacement solutions in-line with our People Digital Roadmap.
You will enjoy consulting and collaborating with a wide range of global stakeholders in and out of the People function to realise strategic and operational aims.
