To ensure that we achieve our reconciliation and sustainability goals, we are looking to appoint a First Nations Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our existing Australian Talent Acquisition team.

Our First Nations Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner closely with our business leaders to understand their resourcing requirements attracting and hiring First Nations peoples for suitable career opportunities right across Australia.

Your impact and areas of focus will include:

• Identifying and engaging with communities and relevant stakeholders, focusing on creating Indigenous employment pathways and opportunities within Worley
• Develop engagement and attraction strategies and campaigns to build our capability to increase Indigenous talent across our business and projects
• Support the new employee onboarding process, ensuring a culturally safe and inclusive experience for our Indigenous employees
• Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract and engage Indigenous peoples for opportunities across all parts of Worley in Australia
• You will be empowered to be creative in your approach to finding and attracting Indigenous Talent for Worley across a range of our business areas.
• As this role forms an important part of our Reconciliation Action Plan, you will be required to support our RAP working group on an ongoing basis

About You:

• Previous experience working in Indigenous Employment, with a passion for relationship building and engagement with communities and industry groups
• A willingness to work as part of a close-knit team, sharing your knowledge and experience in relation to indigenous employment
• A working knowledge of talent acquisition from a recruitment agency or internal environment.
