Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Graduate to join our UK Finance Team based at our offices in Aberdeen.

We will support ACCA / CIMA studies along side on the job learning and development. I n addi tion, you will have a support mentor assigned to you from the Finance Function to assist you in navigating your way through your professional exams and study leave granted on top of your holiday allowance.

We will rotate the successful person through several different departments within the finance function to build confidence and give exposure to all types of finance within Worley.

Responsibilities & Duties

Initially the successful applicant will rotate through the payroll department and spend circa 12 months there understanding the different aspects of payroll and supporting the wider finance team with respect to payroll audits and queries.

Duties will initially include:

• Ensure relevant information is processed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform essential checking of all payroll information prior to payroll being finalised.
• Have a robust understanding of payroll process flows and payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure errors and other issues are resolved prior to payroll processing.
• Provide day by day support to the business and to employees in handling payroll issues.

After which you will spend the next 2-3 years rotating through various departments within finance, Financial Controls, Financial Planning & Analysis, Project Accounting, Accounts Payable, Billing etc.

• Advanced Excel skills.
