We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to be part of a high performing team responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support and services to the WA Advisian group in Bunbury and undertaking reception duties.

This is a permanent part-time position working 30 hours per week (6 hours per day Monday to Friday) in our Bunbury office.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide the office team with Administrative and clerical support when required;
• Assist with a range of administrative activities including (but not limited to):
  • Office Reception
  • Preparation of expense reports;
  • Basic Cost Control and assisting Project Managers;
  • Assistance with proposals;
  • Document formatting;
  • Maintaining registers (i.e. PPE, travel etc.);
  • Arrange meetings and tidying up meeting rooms at completion of meetings;
  • Arrange catering when required along with weekly milk deliveries;
  • Fetch mail and order stationary.

• Arrange site mobilisation requirements in line with project procedures (i.e. travel, accommodation etc.)
• Assist with the creation and preparation of documents, presentations and/or publications.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Accreditation or training including Secretarial or Office Administration qualifications would be preferred;
• Experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry, including previous administrative experience;
• High level of computer proficiency in preparation of documents, presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office software;
• Pro-active, goal oriented with excellent attention to detail;
• Effectively manage change to work tasks, environment and assist others with adapting to change;
• Able to identify issues, problems and opportunities, make timely decisions, develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups;
• Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and continuously improve on performance
