About the role

You will be part of the talent acquisition team, supporting our technology teams based in London and Krakow. You will play a key role in product; building pipelines of talent and actively sourcing product professionals to join our Global team of 200 techies.

As a member of WorldRemit’s People team you will aim high, embrace challenge and always do what’s right; acting with integrity and building trust as you contribute to the company’s technical direction and long term decision making.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Tech & Product, you will:

• Actively source talent from the market making 3-4 product hires a month

• Create external networks

• Contribute to our ongoing D&I strategy

• Play an active part in our monthly meetups

• Partner with our hiring managers to find the right talent for our business

• Maintain a high level of candidate experience

• Help inform our Employer brand strategy and be a brand ambassador

What we’re looking for from you

• Passionate about recruitment you’re looking to work for a company that’s expanding and where you can make a real impact

• You work at pace and are comfortable with ambiguity

• You know your market; finding engineers is second nature to you. Our Product roles that you will be covering include; Heads of Product, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts

• You care as much about the candidate and hiring manager experience as you do about making a placement

• Targets motivate you; naturally competitive you want to be the best at what you do
