Salary range: £18,278 – £22,875

We will help you develop the necessary skills so that:
You manage HR administrative activities which range from processing offers to assisting with onboarding activities and updating employee data and managing our benefits data in our HR systems.
You manage the HR mailbox and process employees’ requests, act as a first point of contact for general HR queries.
You coordinate purchase orders for HR suppliers, including raising requisitions and liaising with finance on approvals and payments.
You manage all employee data to keep it up to date and compliant.
You develop data analytic skills and run reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment, attrition, absence and diversity and analyse the data for Head of HR.
This role will work closely with the HR team, providing opportunity to learn from experienced HR Administrators and Advisors which will be a great opportunity to progress your career within HR in Worldline.

You deliver reports on time with analysis of the data
You manage the HR processes so they happen on time and are processed correctly
You identify ways to streamline processes and improve them from efficiency perspective

This role is a permanent, full time role with Worldline. Though, flexible working will be considered. Level 3 & 4 apprenticeships will be considered for this role depending on skills and experience.
