We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner – Freelance Specialist to join our HR team at McCann Manchester. Armbands optional.

The Part You’ll Play as Talent Acquisition Partner…

Creating an environment that is truly diverse and inclusive is equally important to us and as Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a crucial role, acting as a brand ambassador for the agency. In this role you’ll be managing Freelance and Fixed Term roles across several disciplines, including Creative, Production and Account Management for a number of our group agencies.

• Manage the end to end recruitment process for freelance and Fixed Term contract opportunities with McCann Manchester and Momentum WWa.

• Partnering with senior management and hiring managers to understand requirements and scope whether roles are inside / outside IR35

• Use a variety of innovative sourcing tactics to create an exceptional and diverse pipeline of freelance talent and build effective relationships with our preferred external recruitment partners

• Take an active and vocal role in our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, ensuring our recruitment process is fair, inclusive, and flexible to the needs of the applicant.

• Support with a number of ongoing recruitment projects including the roll out of a new global ATS, early careers outreach programmes and the implementation of new inclusive hiring processes.

As Talent Acquisition Partner You’ll Bring…

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruitment Partner with experience managing Freelance / FTC roles who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience within the creative / digital / marketing industry (either recruitment agency or in-house).

• Experience managing a high volume of roles across a number of disciplines at any one time within a fast-paced environment.

• An understanding of the freelance market including IR35 and Sole Trader / Limited Company legislation.

• Demonstrable experience of using a range of search and selection tactics to create an exceptional, diverse pipeline of talent.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

• Advanced stakeholder management skills.
