Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will have responsibility for managing generalist HR guidance and support to your designated Directorates, contributing to the delivery of World Vision UK’s People Strategy. You will act as a key partner to the Directors and their leadership teams, champion a culture of high performance and assist with the design and development of people solutions.

You will deliver this across a variety of work-streams including: Talent & Growth, Employment Experience, Enabling Environment and Total Reward (pay & benefits). An equally important part of this role will see you working closely with our Head of HR Operations to coach and guide our people managers to effectively manage all employee relations matters and formal cases, ensuring consistency and fairness of approach across the organisation. Your advice will deliver a positive outcome for the business, whilst observing employment legislation, upholding our core values and, identifying and minimising risk.

The postholder will have the ability to apply their Christian values in the workplace to ensure that this is reflected by the managers they work with and in how we manage people in WVUK. This is a broad, varied and challenging position and you will need business partnering and ER experience to be successful in this role.
