Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to design, develop, deliver and maintain engaging and interactive blended learning solutions that drive employee development, performance and retention across the organization in support of our business objectives
  • Review existing content, make recommendations for improvement and convert content onto e-learning platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners across all business units
  • Assess and report on the impact of curriculum
  • Remain current on training industry trends and incorporate them into training strategies as appropriate
  • Execute awareness campaigns to drive incremental usage of all learning resources

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Education or related field
  • 2+ years of learning and development experience with excellent platform delivery skills
  • Instructional design skills in an e-learning or virtual environment with proven history of self-created materials
  • Proven experience with adult learning theory, eLearning programs, and facilitation
  • Tech savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office suite, LMS, chat, video conferencing and live monitoring technologies
  • Must be proficient in Captivate, Articulate, or similar e-learning authoring tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, strong presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Disciplined and resourceful to meet business demands while working from home
  • A work space free of distractions with internet connectivity (minimum internet speeds of 5.0 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download) is required
  • Must be a resident and live in a US state. We do not currently hire in AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA
