SUMMARY

World Emblem Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert in the recruitment and selection process.

This person will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for manufacturing and corporate roles across the organization.

This individual will perform full-cycle recruitment processes, from talent sourcing, scheduling candidates, support interviewing until closing the vacancy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates and conducts full scope of recruitment activities and process
• Partners with hiring supervisors and managers to effectively address recruitment needs and issues in a timely manner
• Builds recruiting plan for open roles that includes, sourcing resources, timeline and integrates it into the interview process
• Develops, plans, coordinates, and administers all recruitment process which includes job descriptions that reflect the work performed and creation of a recruiting outreach and interviewing plan for all open positions
• Sourcing and Hiring process : Responsible for resume screening and initial phone screens, hiring activities and candidate sourcing efforts.

Schedule calls and interviews. Utilize our ATS to keep track of opened positions

• Composes and posts employment advertisements to various internal and external media; makes use of social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates, researching new ways of using the Internet for recruitment
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, organizations, third party networking and participating in career fairs
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications for the role
• Coordinates and / or conducts pre-offer employment verifications and criminal record background screening
• Consults with the hiring manager on appropriate salary placements, and negotiating salaries where necessary
• Composes and sends offer letters to successful candidates, and communicating to all applicants on their process status
• Conducts regular follow-up with managers and HR Director to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans; analyzing and recommending strategies to improve recruitment and selection process operations
• Compiles and prepare recruitment weekly analytics summary hiring s
• Drive hiring manager engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, candidate quality, and demonstrating your recruiting expertise to build trust as a strategic advisor
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new strategies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks and organizations.
• Administers the new hire 30.60.90 survey and shares results with executive team and hiring managers to ensure feedback is being heard across the organization
• Updates hiring s and participates on weekly HR bowlers meeting with counterpart in Mexico
• Responsible for researching and making recommendations on best recruiting tools and resources to provide cost savings and efficiency to the process

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of full cycle high volume recruiting required, hiring permanent in-house staff preferred
• High volume hiring with focus on manufacturing recruiting preferred
• Prior experience working with ATS and HRIS systems. Preferably with ADP and external recruiting platforms
• Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws related to recruitment and selection
• Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer (MS Office), including Outlook, Word and Excel is required
• Demonstrated ability and track record of success of hiring manufacturing positions in a timely manner
• Proven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent
• Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
• Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
• Ability to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong motivation, competitiveness, and sense of urgency
• High business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates, as well as well as driving added value conversations with hiring managers
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially with employee information
• Must be able to build recruiting plans that are built for the type of role needed to fill
• Bilingual in Spanish

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

BA / BS in Human Resources, business, or related fields; with 2 or 3 years of related experience and / or training.

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to speak fluently and write in Spanish.
