World Animal Protection Hiring for Global Talent, Resourcing and OD Officer Job at London, England Full Time

The role

The Talent, Resourcing and OD Officer will primarily be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition and Learning & Development Teams. In this role you will look to deliver a best in-class candidate experience both internally and externally ensuring the candidate is put first throughout recruitment campaigns along with supporting the L&D e-learning platform, reporting and budget administration.

What will you be doing?

• Support the Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the implementation of any new initiatives and projects related to recruitment
• Supporting the onboarding process from recruitment to employment
• Managing the recruiting inbox and responding to candidate enquires
• Administration of the L&D platform (Percipio), including the assignment of courses
• Run course completion reports and follow up with those not completing mandatory

compliance courses

• Upload content to Percipio, including watching/vetting externally sourced content
• Assist with creating learning channels to curate content for specific user-groups
• Administration of the global training budget including inputting training related expenditure into the budget tracker, processing invoices and reconciling with finance, investigating and resolving queries/mis-posted transactions
• Administration of post-training feedback survey and follow-up completion
• Administration of internally run learning and development interventions e.g. coach training; management development; wellbeing etc.
• Collate training needs from employee’s PPRs from the annual appraisal process documents

Who are we looking for?

• Previous proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in recruitment administration from approval to offer and onboarding
• Experience coordinating multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with sensitive or complex situations with diplomacy and professionalism
• Good relationship building skills able to engage successfully with people at all levels
• Adaptable and flexible in approach
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a wider team
