To achieve specified targets as agreed with Manager in respect of the following:
o Key Account Plan;
o Sales Plan;
o Sales/revenue targets;
o Number of external customer visits – new, existing and lapsed;
o Conversion rates;
o Other performance objectives agreed with manager.
