Workrise Hiring for Lease Operator/Pumper at Caldwell, TX Full Time

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly-motivated, mechanically inclined Production Operator with

a growth mindset who enjoys a dynamic, hands on, field-based work environment.

You will be responsible for working in the field with other teams to perform repairs,

perform preventative maintenance on existing equipment.

• Gauge production on assigned wells and record gauge readings, downtime and other pertinent well information into the production system.
• Perform lease maintenance such as minor surface pump and production equipment repairs and adjustments; trim weeds, clean up trash, etc.; grease pumping units, service lease equipment, etc.
• Assist in witnessing meter calibrations; monitor rates and pressures on injection and disposal wells; monitor chemical use; test safety systems daily to maximize production.
• Utilize SCADA to monitor and evaluate well performance and facility status, respond to SCADA alarms if required.

Requirements:

• 5 years minumum of experience in oil and gas or other manufacturing/industrial business.
• 4-7 years of experience as a Lease Operator.
• Understanding of the oil and gas industry.
• Capability to troubleshoot and repair industry components such as level controllers, displacement valves, switches, controls, pumps, vessels, and flare systems, Artificial lift knowledge regarding gas lift compression, ESP’s, Rod Pump Comfortable working with high pressure systems up to 3,000psi. (preferred)

Position Details:

Location: Caldwell, TX

Hitch: 8/6 and will receive overtime.

Pay Rate: $30 – $40 – Per Hour based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
