WPO have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Recruitment Team in attracting and securing diverse talent to serve our members. This includes developing sourcing strategy, streamlining internal and external recruitment processes, working with our executive team to manage costs, and retention analysis.

• Responsible for all aspects of recruitment and talent analytics
• Responsible for candidate recruitment and sourcing strategy development for all global offices
• Responsible for managing candidate sourcing tools, networking, and social media to generate a candidate pool
• Create an evolving strategy to ensure an outstanding candidate experience during the recruitment process
• Provide guidance and recruiting strategy recommendations to our global hiring managers
• Facilitate regular communication updates with internal hiring managers
• Ability to drive continuous improvement regarding the recruitment process and talent management
• Responsible for creating and maintaining all global job postings
• Provide analysis and improvement strategy on talent pipelines
• Ability to plan and support recruiting events
• Conducting research on global recruitment standards and specific country requirements
• Monitoring new recruitment trends, technology, and standards within the industry
• Provide excellent service to our hiring teams on a consistent basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of related work experience
• Minimum 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.)
• Willingness to work non-standard hours to support the global function
• Detail-oriented and able to manage shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to positively interact with both internal and external customers
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
