Workit Health Hiring for Senior Clinical Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

We seek a self-driven Senior Clinical Recruiter to drive the clinical talent acquisition capabilities as we scale our business and talent. You will own direct-sourcing & full-lifecycle talent acquisition through to candidate hiring. Partner with internal stakeholders and build exceptional talent pools for multi-states and positions. Ensure continued inclusive, consistent process for hiring, and implementation of new strategies and technology to streamline multi-site sourcing, engagement, and hiring efforts.

This position is a contract position with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role pending performance and demand.

• 3-5 years full cycle recruitment, specifically for clinical and technology environments – plus if you have experience at a health-technology company.
• Experience in direct-sourcing of Clinical talent – including Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health, and clinical support.
• Proficiency in utilization of sourcing strategies and tools to attract skills needed in building the applicant/candidate funnel.
• Ability to report pipeline progress and escalate concerns when there are areas of support or
• Demonstrated ability to partner with internal clients and medical professionals as your hiring managers.
• Strong understanding in utilizing ATS, especially Lever.
• Ability to work with tools such as GSuite, Slack and Zoom.
• You are a strong communicator who is agile, organized, efficient, independent self-starter and problem-solver, a leader, a strategic thinker, and who is excited about helping one improve their health.
• Position is 100% with recruitment focus in EST, CST and PST

Pay: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour
