Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter/ Office Admin Assistant to assist and co-ordinate workflow on projects.

• Full-Time, Casual
• 8-hour shift
• Immediate Start
• Tullamarine Location

The successful applicant’s knowledge and experience will include:

• The ability to clearly identify client needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and employees
• Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills
• A high level of organisation – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
• Must have prior recruitment/office administration experience
• Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Sales and Marketing experience preferred but not essential
• Can do / upbeat attitude
• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Good attention to detail
• General administration duties for management and team
• Driving Licence

Responsibilities:

• Recruit successful candidates
• Engage constantly with site managers/supervisors
• Manage subcontract process
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure they adhere to commitments and responsibilities
• Prepare accurate payment schedules
• Helping payroll management, preparation, and payment
• Understand and manage contractual risk
• Organise, compile company personal records and documentation
• Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards

Salary & Opportunity:

The successful candidates for these roles will be offered a competitive salary based on your experience. You can expect this to range between $50K – $60K + Super +Bonuses+ Company car+ fuel card. Sponsorship opportunity is available for the right candidate
