Position Summary: This position would work closely with Recruiting and Hiring Managers to assist with the onboarding process across the service territory and best prepare new employees for their respective work function. Additional responsibilities with various Human Resources initiatives and projects will also be included.
Essential Functions:

  • Support and assist with hiring process
  • Assist with system training for Hiring Managers around the onboarding Taleo process
  • Travel to locations for orientation when needed
  • Act as main point of contact for new hires and hiring managers through the onboarding process
  • Continuously explore methods of how to improve the employee hire experience and drive improved retention efforts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
