Position Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Administrator to join our team. As a Web Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our company’s online presence, ensuring that our website and social media platforms are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand’s messaging and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Website Maintenance:
Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure accurate and current information.
Collaborate with our marketing team to upload and manage content, including text, images, and videos.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and usability.
Social Media Management
Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Engage with our audience through timely responses to comments and messages.
Monitor social media analytics to track the effectiveness of our online presence.
SEO Optimization
Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility and search engine rankings of our website.
Conduct keyword research and recommend strategies for content optimization.
Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Security And Backup
Ensure the security of our website by implementing necessary security measures and updates.
Regularly back up website data to prevent data loss.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to align online initiatives with business objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative online strategies.

Requirements
Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Web Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools is a plus.
