Join a leading FMCG manufacturing company and local household brand. Based in Adelaide’s north eastern suburbs, my client is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager to join their team on a permanent full time basis. You will be rewarded with an attractive salary and access to discounted products.

In this role, you will manage the warehouse logistics for all stock movement inwards and outwards on a daily basis. With a strong focus on continuous improvements, production levels, leading and managing a team and improving company performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple warehouses and operations
• Coordinate product distribution and receiving
• Allocate resources for safe loading and unloading, adhering to health & safety rules
• Manage end-to-end warehouse and production processes
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily tasks
• Evaluate and warehouse productivity
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Verify accuracy of orders, bills, inventory, and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations

Selection Criteria

• Prior experience in warehouse management or operations management
• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operation Management
• Knowledge of WHS practices
• Familiar with MRP systems
• Be able to communicate and effectively and confidently lead in a team environment
• Demonstrate resilience and enthusiastic to learn new skills in a supportive fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in FMCG manufacturing is an advantage
