Enel Green Power, within the Enel Group, develops and operates renewable energy plants worldwide. We manage more than 1,200 power plants on five continents. We’re present with assets in operation or under construction in around 21 countries and manage development activities in a further five countries.

Enel Green Power entered the Australian market in 2017 with the construction of one of Australia’s largest solar plants, Bungala Solar Farm located in South Australia. Our Australian operations now include three solar plants with a consolidated capacity of around 310 megawatts (MW). We have a significant pipeline of further wind and solar projects under development across Australia.

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including proactive sourcing, creation of job descriptions, interview screenings, onboarding and ensuring candidate/employee after care.
• Build the Enel Green Power Australia brand by providing a memorable recruitment experience and ensuring candidates are communicated and supported throughout the entire process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to proactively identify needs and develop future acquisition strategies.
• Proactively seek opportunities to utilise other search tools and technologies such as LinkedIn or industry events.
• Utilising data and market review/analysis of trends to identify impacts on talent acquisition.

Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

• Demonstrated experience working within a high growth recruitment portfolio and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work with numerous departments in a matrix, global organization.
• Experience utilising proactive attraction tools/methods to engage with potential talent.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective relationships.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Exposure to Renewable Energy industry
