We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and agile individual to join our business as the Sales & Marketing Director for Asia Pacific, to lead our Sales & Marketing and Tendering teams based in Perth and Kuala Lumpur. The Sales & Marketing Director for Asia Pacific is responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities across the Asia Pacific region, focused on Australia and specific countries in Asia.

As a regional leader, the S&M Director for AP is forward looking and develops the strategy to meet our regional objectives for securing new work and positioning for future success.

This is a Permanent Full Time Position.

What will you be doing?

You Will Be

• Responsible for the development and implementation of the business strategy for the Asia Pacific region (APAC), including market mapping, pursuit planning and external marketing activities
• Overall responsibility for the effective delivery of regional tendering activities
• Responsible for the recruitment, development, and effective leadership of a diverse team of regional S&M and Tendering resources
• Responsible for client and other regional stakeholder mapping and relationship management
• Work closely with the other Subsea7 Group companies, partners and strategic relationships
• Provides effective management of the regional S&M budget, controlling costs and maximizing revenues from compensated studies and tender activities

What experience would we like you to have?

The S&M Director Asia Pacific will typically come from a Sales and Marketing, Tendering or Project Management background. They will be familiar with the Subsea7 values and our differentiated position in both the Oil and Gas and New Energies market. They will be familiar with the pursuit and tendering process or demonstrate a capacity to quickly learn and efficiently lead both processes.

The S&M Director will demonstrate the highest ethical standard, be motivated to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and be principally motivated by the pursuit of winning new work.
