The Role and YOU!
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team at Taco Bell Butler. We look for leaders who are passionate about what they do, are motivated to inspire others and who are driven to create amazing experiences…not only for our customers, but most importantly for our people! As the Retail Manager, you will take the reigns of the followings key duties:
Delivering unmatched customer experiences
Delivering great tasting, high quality, craveable and Instawsorthy products
Living and breathing Taco Bell and inspiring others to Live Más
Upholding the highest level of hygiene, WHS & food safety standards
Successfully implementing local marketing strategies, pricing changes, products, and promotions
Cultivating a strong training and development culture within the restaurant
Overseeing the effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding of your team
Effectively managing employee grievances and ensuring that appropriate behaviour of the team is consistently maintained
Fostering a dynamic, inclusive & engaging workplace culture
Publishing that staff rosters in line with your labour budget
Placing weekly stock orders and minimising food wastage
Managing a profitable P&L to achieve your targets and deliver against your Balanced Scorecard objectives
