About Your New Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

Simplify and standardise data flows and rationalise the data repositories across the organisation and deliver results through seizing opportunities with an outcome and customer focus.

Lead business users with developing new operative innovations to transform business units into the modern era, utilising technology and adoption of an Automation mindset relating to data and ing management.

Gain a deep understanding of business processes, data sources and structures to development of new connected and automated solutions that contains life cycle management.

Working closely with the VGA Business to design, develop comprehensive and user friendly s, dashboards and data visualisations using ing tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop data-driven solutions, innovate and improve data analysis methodologies and ing techniques.

Manage the dealer incentive process and internal auditing of incentive payments from end-to-end with the relevant stakeholders from each Sales brand.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

Extensive experience in data management and analysis for corporate applications and systems or similar

Qualifications in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information systems design, Mathetmatics or similar preferred

Proficiency in analytics and ing tools, preferably Qlik.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities using quantitative and qualitative data.

Professionalism and ability to handle multiple priorities, demonstrating sound judgment.

Business process mapping and improvement experience.

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
