About Your New Role
Your main responsibilities include:
Partner with dealers and serve as “One Face to Customer” for the Škoda brand.
Ensure Dealer Partners meet all their performance objectives including Dealer Profitability and achieve the highest possible standard of customer satisfaction for all areas of business.
Integrate closely with specialised multibrand fieldforces at Financial Services and VGA Group Aftersales to ensure a smooth streamlined Dealer Performance Management Process, especially in areas of opportunity.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
Drive growth and improvements in sales volume, and customer loyalty, retention and satisfaction.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
Appropriate experience in a similar role from the Australian automotive wholesale industry
Proven ability in management of multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously
A collaborative approach to the development and execution of strategies which improve operational excellence and dealer performance.
The ability to apply strong analytical skills to gain insight into business performance and develop impactful plans.
A natural style of accountability when managing multiple projects and delivering to deadlines.
Effective communication skills with the ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a compact and dynamic team with focus on long term results and dealer growth.
High degree of IT literacy across a number of systems/platforms
Strong business acumen and proven ability to identify and drive areas of business improvement.
