Workforce Australia for Individuals Hiring for Recruitment and HR Advisor at Applecross, Western Australia, Australia Full Time

Our client is a small but well-established construction firm based in Applecross. Due to relocation, there is an immediate opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to partner with the business. Working in an HR team of three, you will manage end to end recruitment across this 100-person business with the support of a mobilisation coordinator. Typical volumes are from 10 to 12 roles on at a time. Due to the nature of this tight-knit team, you will have the opportunity to upskill across other HR work.

Key Areas Of Responsibility Include

• Multiple roles for different experience levels available
• Providing service and guidance to business leaders at all stages of the recruitment process
• Proactively sourcing and talent pooling for a large project
• Coordinating and managing compliance documentation
• Liaising with the internal team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for candidates and managers
• Supporting the HR and Mobilisation Manager in creating and executing strategic initiatives to create awareness of the employer brand, utilising LinkedIn and other avenues depending on the seniority level
• Supporting and advocating diversity and inclusion across the organisation across all recruitment processes

About You

We seek an enthusiastic recruitment professional in the public service with a natural ability to build rapport and relationships quickly, with the ability to work with people at all levels. You will have flexibility when supporting the business and influence and guide others on best practices with an education style and are driven and resilient. You have proven experience recruiting both white and blue collar roles.
