The work is innovative and will include all facets of automotive electrical work including new builds, refurbs, maintenance and repairs and fault finding for a range of customers.

The Role

The fulltime Project Manager roles will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of multiple defense-related projects – you will be rewarded with great work/life balance and offered career development across the business projects.

About you;

• Strong Leadership and Organizational skills to manage project delivery teams effectively, prioritize tasks and hold others to account
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across functions and stakeholder groups effectively
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a complex work environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements and protocols related to manufacturing
• Proficient in using computer software/s for project management and ing
• Thrive on solving problems and creating innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of defense-related projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present project status s to senior management.

Ideal Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management and/or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace.
• Prior experience in project management, preferably in the defense industry or construction.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
