THE COMPANY The company is a progressive custom engineering company located in regional NSW. The company has a wide range of capabilities entailing CNC Machining through large scale fabrication, HD profile cutting and all manual tasks in-between. Their services include but are not limited to; project work, batch processing and assembly manufacturing and one-off jobs such as urgent repairs and break downs. THE ROLE This dynamic company is in a stage of rapid growth and is looking for a Foreman who will lead a team of ten involved in a manufacturing process. The role is responsible for maximising efficiency of production whilst ensuring all tasks are performed in a safe and disciplined manner.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES Managing and overseeing the day to day running of the manufacturing process. Leading a team of eight personnel Ensuring a safe work environment THE REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a supervisory role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a timely an efficient manner. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Mechanically astute LOCATION Cowra, NSWREMUNERATION There is a competitive remuneration on offer.
