Mayday is hiring for the position of ‘Marketing Executive’ in Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of tasks and duties to effectively promote the Mayday’s services, attract clients, and engage with potential candidates and ultimately to drive business growth via social and communications marketing. This will be a full-time position with annual remuneration of between $75,000 to $90,000 (negotiable) on offer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy and marketing policy to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
• Work closely with the brand manager to develop annual calendar of marketing campaigns
• Create new marketing content and campaigns in line with Mayday’s brand
• Responsible for driving the creative delivery of all electronic communications and newsletters
• Manage and curate marketing content across all social media platforms to maintain and grow the group’s online reputation and footprint
• Ensure the company website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
• Work closely with teams and Directors across the organisation to meet LinkedIn and advertising requirements
• Conduct post-campaign reviews and develop recommendations aimed at continual improvement
• on KPIs and marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing tools, and emerging technologies
• Utilise a content automation tool to streamline content creation and management

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Ability to work to deadlines, both independently and as a team player
• Creative, engaging writing and presentation skills
• Ability to create engaging marketing content to capture the audience’s attention
