We are growing and needing help with recruitment! We are looking for another Internal Recruitment Advisor to add to our team and take the team to the next level! Ideally, you will have experience with mining recruitment and be able hit the ground running. You will be recruiting trades professionals across multiple states

– via advertising, LinkedIn, Seek Search, referrals, socials etc and providing a full cycle of candidate care – including issuing contracts, booking medicals etc. You will be comfortable in the high-volume environment, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates. (This role would suit someone who enjoys spinning multiple plates)

This position gives you an opportunity to take the ownership of the role and work autonomously as the team spread across the country.
