Technical Competence and experience in electrical motors, geared motors, variable speed drives, and power transmission components, together with an outgoing personality and aptitude are our main requirements.

A great role, we are looking for an individual with:

• A competent and personable person with recognised Electrical Engineering

Technician qualification and preferablyat least 10 years industry experience.

• Previous experience in similar role.
• A person wanting to develop a career in the bearings and power transmission industry.

As a senior member of our Team to take on a leadership role in developing and expanding our range of specialised electrical products and components utilised in the Power Transmission industry to assist with our business growth.

What You Day Looks Like

Providing technical assistance and product training to Team Members at all of Chain and Drive branches

Provide customer support by providing on-site inspections and troubleshooting

for electrical and mechanical problems.

Use technical knowledge to provide appropriate product solutions for customers.

Provide technical assistance with the procurement of specialised electrical products.

Overseeing and assisting in workshop assembly of electrical products.

Supervise the running of the Welshpool Branch and appropriate training of Team Members.

Providing customer quotations and support using our CRM system

About You

Customer service focused.

Self-Starting.

Team Focused

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Professional presentation.

Must have valid C class drivers licence.

Technically proficient with industry experience.

Relevant Tertiary qualification would be beneficial but not necessary.
