This position will be, within the Analytics & Insights team, responsible for delighting clients around Australia through delivering retail measurement insights and analysis.??

Responsibilities

Own and lead Retail Measurement and Consumer Panel analytics and insights for a set of clients and/ or industries across Australia;

Manage on-going client relationships and levels of engagement. Build relationships and work with senior stakeholders on the client side to impact their performance;

Lead a team of account managers and coach them to deliver high quality performance. Support planning and identifying team workforce allocation;

Coach and train insights associates to build their analytical development;

Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis?to?Consumer Packaged?Goods clients around Australia;

Drive Thought Leadership for their assigned industry across Australia;

Work closely with Customer Service to transform customer experience;

Own KPIs for client satisfaction and transformation and drive continuous improvement on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

At least?a?Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business?;

At least 10 years’ work experience, preferably within consumer or trade marketing, sales, analytics and insights or market research;

Knowledge of the?Consumer Packaged?Goods (CPG) industry?is essential;

Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies would be an advantage;?

Excellent analytical skills?;

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills?;?

An ability to work independently and in a team?;?

Good interpersonal skills?are?a must;

Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel,?Powerpoint, Word,?etc);?

Proven experience in leading a team, managing people, and developing talent;

High say-do ratio;

Prior experience working with local and international retailers is preferred.
