The Opportunity

Entrepreneurial, optimistic, and energetic, Ramsay has a vision to become a leader in digital health care – and that’s why we need a new Data Modeller to help pave the way.

The Data Modeller will be responsible for implementing conceptual and logical models, developing roles for data integrity, developing and maintaining data definitions and solving problems with conflicting data to ensure the timely delivery of information.

You will be joining a tightly knit and efficient team, offering tangible opportunities for growth and development within a newly established Data and Insights team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly collaborative and innovative individual with strong problem solving abilities. You are self-motivated and hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data Modelling
• Proven ability to work in a low maturity data landscape to help it mature over time
• Demonstrated experience working across various stages of the data lifecycle, on premises or in the cloud
• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and techniques, including normalisation, entity-relationship diagrams, and dimensional modelling

Desirable Skills And Experience

• Previous experience in and knowledge of various standards within a health care setting
• Knowledge of data modelling tools such as ERwin, MS Visio
• Experience with database technologies such as MS SQL Server
